• Basic – INR 41/day/member + 18% GST
• Gold – INR 33/day/member + 18% GST
• Platinum – INR 27/day/member + 18% GST
• Attendant – up to 6 hours: INR 700 (+18% GST); more than 6 hours: INR 1000 (+18% GST); after 9 PM, night charge is automatically applied with cab fare.
• Appointment – for non-members: INR 100 (telephonic) & INR 700 (physical)
• Doctor Consultation – the discount is applicable only for teleconsultations booked and conducted by SUSASTHYA
• There will be 18% GST addition on all service charges
• International Membership – $200 (+18% GST). We provide a visa invitation letter as per requirement, free of charge; INR 500 is our service charge only.
